Delete your Quantora Robots account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the website or the Android app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Steps

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open My Account (avatar menu → Account settings) or stay on this page.
  3. Type DELETE and press Permanently delete.

What is deleted

Your profile (email, name, photo), watchlist, price alerts, AI chart analyses, trade journal entries and reviews, game entries and points, Telegram link, and any Premium record. Nothing is retained after deletion except anonymous aggregate analytics that can’t identify you.

What is not affected

Products bought on MQL5 belong to your MQL5 account and keep working. If you can’t sign in, message us on Telegram at @jigutrader from the account you registered with and we’ll delete it for you.

Delete my account

This permanently removes your account and everything tied to it — watchlist, price alerts, AI analyses, trade journal, game points and any Premium access. It cannot be undone. Purchases made on MQL5 are unaffected (they live in your MQL5 account).
